This whisky is the product of Balcones Distilling’s staff selection program with this single barrel being hand-picked by Balcones’ team members. The aroma opens with fresh-baked biscuits and rich leather, transitioning into peach cobbler on the palate, and fading into toasted marshmallow in the finish.
