Camp Vienna Lager is a slow-fermented and cold-conditioned copper-colored lager made 100% with authentic European ingredients such as Weyermann Barke Vienna malt and Hallertau Tradition hops. Fermentation was carried out under a low level of pressure in a technique known as “spunding” which promotes finer carbonation and a more dense foam on top of the beer. Look for rich notes of toasted grain maltiness that stop short of reading sweet with a clean finish of just enough noble hop character for balance
