Scout- IPA (Strata)

Scout is a rotating IPA program. The base of the beer stays the same but the featured dry hop changes each batch. On this fifth iteration, we tried something new by rotating the previous featured hop (Mosaic) into the base of the beer and utilizing Strata as the featured dry hop. Scout – Strata is full of juicy tangerine and bright strawberry with a satisfying piney/dank bitterness. Another fun feature about this beer is that it utilizes a relatively new hopping technique where we dry hop towards the beginning of fermentation to utilize a process known as “biotransformation.”
